3. Can I customize the design?
Yes, all our cards are customizable. While the picture on the outside of the card is set, you can choose the photo, name, dates, and a verse on the inside of the card to reflect your loved one’s personality and legacy.
4. What kind of content can I include?
You can include:

5. Do you offer Samples?
Yes, we have a free professionally designed Samples book to choose your cards from.
6. How do I submit a photo or text?
You can upload your photo and text directly through our website or email them to us. We accept JPG/JPEG and PDF image formats.
7. Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely. We provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. You can request changes until you’re satisfied.
8. What is the turnaround time?
Typical turnaround is:
- Digital Proof: within 5 business days
- Printing & Shipping: 5 business days after proof approval.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location.
10. What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of memorial cards, we do not accept returns. All errors must be identified and corrected on the Proof Stage, before the full order of cards are printed and posted out to you.
11. Can I reorder cards later?
Yes, we keep your design on file for up to 12 months. You can reorder easily by contacting us.
